It has been a good Saturday so far. Started out doing a 20 minute yoga in the morning, followed by a good breakfast and we went out for lunch and had some pho, it was a perfect day for it. Warmed us up! It has started to get a little chilly here in the midwest, as we got about five minutes of Fall and now it almost feels like Winter.
Although past few weeks have been filled with a lot of work issues and as I work in a medical device industry, issues can be pretty high stress, I decided to think of it as work and I gave it the best I could! Looking back at my week there were somethings to be grateful for. I am writing this list to remind myself of the good things and to encourage you to think about things you are grateful for as well. Here is a list of 10 things I am grateful for this week:
1. Comfy warm boots that I don’t seem to want to get out of
2. Work from home day
3. Recognition award at work
4. Cozy house
5. Good friends
6. Kiwi (fruit)
7. Fall colors
8. Handing out candies to very cute kids who came trick or treating
9. Cuddles with hubby
10. Popping balloons just for fun =)
Writing these felt really good. Made me think of all the good in my week. I hope you are having a good Saturday and I wish you all a pleasant week and let’s connect.
